We congratulate and farewell Year Ten student, Matthew Schmidt who is now living in Canberra having accepted a Football (Soccer) Scholarship that was offered by the Australian Institute of Sport. Matthew is currently training intensely as a member of the Australian squad that will compete at the Asia Cup in 2012 and, hopefully, the Under 17 World Cup in 2013. In the meantime Matthew will be travelling Australia playing in the National Youth League. Matthew is a humble, well loved student and friend who is missed already. Our thoughts and prayers are with you Matt. You are a champion! |
